VITI RACING ON THE PODIUM IN SIENA WITH NALON AND LONATO WITH PALOMBA
The drivers assisted by Viti Racing put in great performances in this season’s Finale: Riccardo Nalon claimed the third place in the Italian KZN Under Championship in Siena, while Giuseppe Palomba was crowned vice-champion in KZ2 at the WSK Euro Series in Lonato.
Viti Racing had a busy weekend as its drivers were on track in several championships. Just one week after the European KZ2 Championship in Genk, a good podium came for Riccardo Nalon on Parolin-TM Racing at the Circuit of Siena in the single-round valid for the KZN Under Italian Championship.
A few days later, in the recent double round of WSK Euro Series in Lonato on September, 20th, Viti Racing has been shining again with its drivers led by Giuseppe Palomba who has been fighting for the title until the closing lap of the last final. After the seventh place in the final of Round 2 and the third in that of Round 3, Palomba ended the championship in second place just 5 points short of the top. This result nevertheless rewarded BirelART with a one-two-three as the WSK Euro Series was won by Riccardo Longhi and Alex Irlando was third. This was definitely not a bad result for a young driver like Palomba that is now one of the new names of KZ2 in International Karting.
Among the drivers assisted by Viti Racing in the double round of WSK Euro Series in KZ2, Alessio Vincenzo La Martina on Maranello-TM Racing, the British driver Harry Thompson on Exprit-TM Racing and Moritz Ebner on Intrepid-TM Racing put in good performances. They have been fighting until the Prefinals where they unfortunately could not get past the last hurdle and qualify for the finals.
The next appointment on track for Viti Racing will be for the Italian ACI Karting in Adria on the weekend of September 27th.
