VITI RACING ENGINES LEFT THE MARK WITH VASILE AND BERTUCA IN THE DKM FINALS OF KZ2 AT FRANCIACORTA

The final round of the DKM championship, which concluded at the Franciacorta Karting Track, was dominated by Viti Racing engines in the two finals won by Daniel Vasile (race 1) and Cristian Bertuca (race 2), both racing with the BirelART Racing KSW team on BirelART-TM karts.

In the championship’s final round, which for the first time took place at the Franciacorta circuit, Daniel Vasile also secured the title of Vice-Champion in KZ2 for the year 2023. He achieved this by finishing second overall behind Stan Pex, thanks to the double full points earned in this last race, propelling him to second place with 150 points. Vasile, who has been part of the championship since winning the first race of the season in Mülsen, also received 25 points for his second-place finish in race 2 at Franciacorta, even though he is not officially entered in the championship.

It was indeed a remarkable and satisfying performance for Viti Racing engines, which dominated the DKM event in the KZ2 category at Franciacorta. In race 1, the Viti Racing engines celebrated the victory with Vasile, the third place with Bertuca and the fifth with Valentino Fritsch, all racing with BirelART Racing KWS. In race 2 they kept the momentum securing a one-two finish, with Bertuca and Vasile respectively taking the first and second positions in a sensational double victory.
