VITI RACING IS THE KZ2 EUROPEAN VICE CHAMPION!

In the end, the European Vice-Championship title in KZ2 went to Viti Racing engines, thanks to the excellent performance of Daniel Vasile at the FIA Karting European Championship in Val Vibrata. The Italian driver was, in fact, highly competitive in the second and decisive round in Italy after winning the opening race in Spain at Alcaniz.

Daniel Vasile, racing with BirelART and powered by TM Kart, proved to be one of the main protagonists at the Val Vibrata Kartodrome as well. However, the Viti Racing driver ultimately had to settle for fourth place in the final race, recovering three positions from the starting grid, but not enough to claim the top spot. He finished second in the overall standings.

Among the other Viti Racing drivers, Matheus Morgatto with CL Racing Team achieved a solid fifth place and sixth in the championship. It was a bitter weekend for Italian Championship leader Cristian Bertuca, as well as for Robert Kindervater, both driving BirelART-TM Racing. They both received a five-second penalty due to a displaced front spoiler, with Bertuca slipping from fifth to tenth and Kindervater finishing 14th. Other notable performances included Kirill Kutskov with BirelART Racing, who finished 12th, Corentin Rousseau with CL Racing Team, who finished 17th, and the fast Romanian driver Zoe Florescu Potolea, who lost several positions due to a double penalty after nearly securing a top ten finish.

Other drivers competing with Viti Racing engines at the European Championship in Val Vibrata included Artem Severiukhin, Josep Vea Terrado, Jesper Sjoberg, and Marcelo Gonzalez. In the KZ2 Masters category, Ricardo Avila Manrique performed well, finishing in 17th position, while Carlos Medina was forced to retire.
