GREAT WEEKEND FOR VITI RACING AT THE WSK SUPER MASTER SERIES IN CREMONA
It has been an excellent weekend for Viti Racing engines in the second round of the WSK Super Master Series at the Cremona Circuit. The team showcased impressive speed and outstanding performance in the KZ2 category with BirelART-TM Karts, despite challenging weather conditions that tested both drivers and machinery.
Viti Racing engines demonstrated excellence from the qualifying sessions, securing the overall pole position in Session-2 with Cristian Bertuca, followed by the second-best time achieved by Artem Severiukhin and the fastest time in Session-1 by Daniel Vasile. This stellar performance continued in the heats, with Bertuca claiming two remarkable victories. Additionally, Jean Luyet and Samuel Luyet secured the fourth and sixth overall times in Series-2, respectively.
The success continued in the Prefinals, with Bertuca winning Prefinal A and Severiukhin and Jean Luyet securing the first and second positions in Prefinal B.
In the final race, despite the challenging and wet conditions, Cristian Bertuca clinched a podium finish, maintaining his lead in the championship after winning the previous event in Lonato. The Cremona top-ten finish also featured Artem Severiukhin in fifth place, Daniel Vasile in seventh and Jean Luyet in eighth. Unfortunately, Samuel Luyet lost the tenth position due to a penalty. Some misfortune affected the other two drivers from Viti Racing, Samuele Leopardi and Gabriel Kawer.
The next event is scheduled for February 18th at Franciacorta for the third round of the WSK Super Master Series. All results can be found on the website www.wskarting.it.
