VITI RACING AND TM RACING ENGINES PROTAGONIST AT THE NATIONAL ACI KARTING TROPHY
Drivers assisted by Viti Racing have been shining also in Sarno: Marco D’Antoni took the KZN Under title, Antonio Piccioni got on the podium in KZ2.
Sporting season 2020 ended for Viti Racing in the difficult weather conditions of the National ACI Karting Trophy in Sarno. Once again, Viti Racing put its drivers in the right conditions to get great performances both in KZ2 and KZN Under. Marco D’Antoni came to the fore under the heavy rain fallen in the two finals taking the KZN Under title, while Antonio Piccioni got on the KZ2 podium in P3. Both drivers have been competing on BirelART-TM.
D’Antoni has been the protagonist of KZN Under since qualifying practice when he posted the second overall time and then he won the Prefinal and Final. Piccioni turned out to be very quick in KZ2 and secured the pole position in qualifying, came second in Prefinal and third in the Final.
Regarding the other drivers assisted by Viti Racing, the performance of Renzo Pecutari has been great in KZN Under as he took P4 both in the Prefinal and Final. Antti Rammo and Moritz Ebner unfortunately did not finish the final in KZ2, while Sabato Anzelmo of Team LG Motorsport in KZN Under crossed the finish line of a difficult final in fifth place.
