VITI RACING PROTAGONIST OF THE ITALIAN CHAMPIONSHIP FOR REGIONAL TEAMS IN VITERBO
Viti Racing and its drivers have been the protagonist of the Italian Championship for Regional teams in Viterbo. This race celebrated the 23rd edition of this event that, following the very many requests, has been made part of the National calendar and has been quite successful with 13 regional teams on track. The result obtained by Mauro Simoni and Evokart was very good as the Italian driver was among the main protagonists ending Race1 in third place and Race2 in fourth. These two important placings contributed to launch his region, Veneto, to the second place of the Italian Championship behind Lombardia.
Viti Racing’s technical preparation has been successful also with Lorenzo Petrucci (CRG-TM) of team CIK Centro Italia Corse, who secured two wins in the KZ3 Junior Finals making Lazio reach P6 of the overall classification, together with team mate Fronzilli. Francesco Festa (Formula K-TM) of Campania has been very quick in KZ3 Junior. He was fielded by team PrataMotorSport, came third in Race1 and, despite some bad luck in Race2, he contributed to make Campania reach the final P8.
