VITI RACING’S TM ENGINES ARE THE ITALIAN 2020 CHAMPIONS WITH GIUSEPPE PALOMBA IN KZ2
Giuseppe Palomba obtained a great result in the Italian ACI Karting Championship of KZ2 at the closing race of the campaign in Castelletto di Branduzzo. Ebner obtained also a very good podium in race2.
Viti Racing’s TM Racing engines and Giuseppe Palomba happily reached the goal set ahead of clinching the Italian ACI Karting Championship 2020 in KZ2 at the closing race of the season held at the Circuit 7 Laghi in Castelletto di Branduzzo. The successful weekend was completed by the great podium obtained in Race2 by Moritz Ebner, which showcased again the great preparation work done by Viti Racing also in this occasion.
The fair and square victory obtained by Giuseppe Palomba on BirelART-TM of Team LG Motorsport in Race1 gave him the mathematical certainty of the victory of the Italian title after getting close to this deed in the past two seasons. This good result is the icing on the cake representing the growth of the driver from Naples. Palomba and Viti Racing claimed four wins in this season, one in each round of the Italian Championship: specifically, in Triscina’s Race2, Sarno’s Race1, Adria’s Race1 with the podium also in Race2, and finally the victory claimed in Castelletto made him reach the top of the classification at 139 points.
Moritz Ebner completed a great performance too with Tec-Sav Racing Kart on Leclerc by BirelART-TM. He has been especially competitive throughout the weekend in Castelletto and ended Race2 on the podium at the end of a hard-fought race that he closed with an excellent P3.
Viti Racing has also assisted Alessio Vincenzo La Martina, who was at his debut on the new Leclerc by BirelART-TM chassis. After the seventh place in Race1, La Martina started Race2 from the front row next to Ebner, but he unfortunately had a technical problem which forced him to an early retirement that prevented him to show his pace.
